All the products of our suppliers correspond to the requirements of the safety regulations and the highest quality standards that are confirmed by according certificates of the European quality system QS9000, ISO9001, TUV, VDA 6.1.

Most of our suppliers’ factories are located in the South-Eastern Asia that allows reducing the cost price of the production. Before geting the contract for manufacturing SCHIGERD® products, all the factories pass the careful selection, samples testing, and trial shipments in order to minimize rejects rate. The company’s range of products is presented by the following products:

• Bearings SCHIGERD^® — hub bearings more than 500 sets, clutch-release bearings, pulleys, alternator bearings, needle-shaped bearings. The bearings production is certified by the standards ISO, TUV, QS, VDA. Some kinds of the bearings are supplied to OEM European car manufactures. Only refined carbon-chromium steel of high quality of the DIN 100Cr6 Standard is used for manufacturing. The guarantee period for all the bearings is 40 000 km. Hubs offered by the company are used for about 90% car models.
• Brake pads and shoes SCHIGERD^®: more than 300 kinds of brakes sets (disks and shoes) for cars of different manufactures. SCHIGERD® brake elements - first of all the safety and confidence on the road. The accurate observance of geometric standards allows securing the full contact of the working surface with the brake disk that favorably affects the braking effectiveness. Usage of modern materials of high quality allows achieving the working surface not exposing the brake disk to increased tear without losing the quality. The company’s package secures from falsification and provides with good safety.
• Water pumps by SCHIGERD^®: more than 60 items, for the most popular cars

• Clutch elements CNC^®: clutch covers of high quality, facings and clutch disks by a leading manufacture at South-Eastern Asia. The company CNC specializes in producing of high quality clutch covers, clutch disks and accessories. CNC® products are manufactured for the leading car brands: Audi, BMW, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Мercedes Benz, Opel, Peugeot, , Renault, Seat, Skoda, Volvo, VW, Honda, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, Subaru, Toyota and others and exported to more than sixty countries in the world. The products have also been known on the markets of the former Yugoslavia, in the Czech Republic, Finland, Turkey, Lithuania, Iran and Algeria. With products from the Diesel product line, precisely with the cooling liquid heating plugs, AET covers as much as 95% of needs of the whole French market, hence of Peugeot, Citroën and Renault car manufacturers.
• ILJIN bearings (Korea) are well known and recognized in many countries worldwide. ILJIN company was formed as a specialized manufacturer of transmission gears and hot forged automotive parts in 1978, and grown product range to more extensive automotive components for transmission, engine, steering and suspension. Iljin has obtained certificates for the following quality systems : ISO14000, ISO9000, QS9000 and supplied Hyundai, Kia, GM-Daewoo, Ssangyong, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Isuzu, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company and other manufacturers.
